Immigration Fee Structure
At LinQ Immigration Ltd, we predominantly charge fixed fees for our services. To establish a fee, we first assess the specifics of your case. The fee is agreed upon upfront, providing you with complete transparency before you decide to proceed. The fee range varies due to the unique nature of each case. Factors contributing to complexity may include previous immigration history, previous visa refusals, personal circumstances, urgency, number of dependent family members, and the volume of evidence required.

Exclusions and Disbursements
Please note that our fees are exclusive of Home Office charges and other third-party disbursements. We will provide a full breakdown of these additional costs upfront. Disbursements could include fees for third-party services, such as barrister consultations or postage.
Hourly Rate
An hourly rate of £150 will apply where a fixed fee is not appropriate, such as for consultations. This will be clearly communicated to you upfront.
VAT Information
LinQ Immigration Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT will be added to the fees mentioned below.
Dependent Fees
The fee structure accommodates dependents, but additional dependents may incur extra charges within the given fee range.
Scope of Work
Our fixed fees encompass all client interactions, document review and preparation, and application submission. This includes all correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and postage needed for the submission to UKVI.
Timeframes
While every case varies, we will provide an estimated timeline based on UKVI standard processing times. For expedited services, additional charges apply, and we will inform you of these costs and timeframes upfront.
Consultation Fees
We offer a one-hour or a 30-Minute consultation service at £150 or £75 respectively, which will be deducted from your total fee should you choose to proceed with a more comprehensive service.
Withdrawal of Services
Should you choose to discontinue our services midway through your case, we will bill you at an hourly rate of £150 for work already completed.
